RABAT, Morocco (Aug. 12, 2013) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus visits the Mausoleum of Mohammed V in Rabat, Morocco where he took part in a wreath-laying ceremony. Morocco is one of several countries throughout the region where Mabus is meeting with Sailors, Marines, and civilian and military officials to discuss security and stability and to reinforce existing partnerships with African nations.
