Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead pets "Winache", a dolphin at the marine mammals facility at port operations at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay. Roughead is in Naval Region Southeast to attend the commemoration ceremony for the 1000th Trident patrol and to visit various naval facilities to get a first-hand look at the work being done by Sailors and Navy civilians in the region.
