Waitrose’s new flagship store in the North West of England was completed at Chester in November 2014. The project involved the re-development of an industrial brownfield site adjacent to the Shropshire Union Canal and close to the city centre, to create a mixed use development comprising a new Waitrose foodstore and associated retail units.
