WhING wheelchair control panel. Close-up of testing of the touchscreen control panel of an electric wheelchair for disabled people. This is a WhING (Wheelchair Initiative New Generation) wheelchair. It has innovative mechanical and electrical features that can be programmed and changed for different disabilities, or for the same patient through the progression of a condition.
