Duplicate Set of Jars. Where the testing is not under the supervision of one of the patrons, some butter makers have adopted the scheme of providing a double set of sample jars. After the test is made the jars, instead of being emptied, are set aside for a week, so that any- one who has any complaint to offer on the test may call on the buttermaker for a retest, another set of sample jars being used in the meantime. Composite Cream Samples.
