In the designing of thisnew terminal the comfort of the passengershas been considered from every point andit will be a most up to date terminal. Themain waiting room will be 54 ft. 10 in. by210/2 ft. with an Ionic pilaster treatmentand a coffered ceiling. The sub waitingand lunch rooms will be of simple design,in harmony with the main waiting upper floors are to be arranged asoffices for the operating and other localstaffs. General Superintendent, have supervisionof all matters pertaining to the construc-tion, operation and maintenance of loco-motives, cars, machinery, floating equip-ment, shops and roundhouses; will issue,when approved by the General Superin-tendent, standard plans and specificationsand rules and regulations covering theirconstruction, maintenance and repair, andwill keep a record of all equipment andits condition, and perform such otherduties as may be assigned by the GeneralSuperintendent. THE RIGHT OF WAY AND LEASEagent will supervise the preparation ofcorrect station, right of way and propertyplans; will supervise the preparation ofleases, deeds, etc., and keep completerecords of the same, and perform suchother duties as may be assigned him bythe General Superintendent.
