Fore wing with the costal area slate-brown, at middle extending to median nervure, narrowing to points at base and apex and angled at lower angle of cell and vein 5, defined below by sulphur-yellow from base to near apex, produced to short streaks beyond lower angle of cell and with a white fascia below it, the rest of wing violaceous browni; three small black spots at base followed by a curved series of three spots; an antemedial black bar above submedian fold and oblique line from the fold to inner margin; postmedial line represented by an oblique series of black strife in the interspaces between veins 7 and 3 oeyond the yellow, then by a double black line filled in with.
