A 19th century view of Blois castle courtyard. The building is also known as the Royal Château of Blois and Château Royal de Blois. Joan of Arc visited it in 1429 to be blessed by the Archbishop of Reims before departing with her forces to attack the English. ------------- Une vue du 19ème siècle sur la cour du château de Blois.
