Raising over £20K for Help for Heroes in the process Like many great ideas it started whilst in the Duncan was talking about his Grandad's nearly 100 year old Quandem Bicycle (4 seater bicycle) & suggesting we should do a a few more beers later…a close friend of ours serving in Afghanistan & before you know we have a cunning plan. The 3 Peaks Climb has been done many times before so we thought we would cycle the 500 miles between them as well just to make it a bit more challenging This picture was taken on Bowness Bay front
