Resigning himself that he could do no more is an unidentified civilian employee and good-samaritian watching flames engulf a privately-owned vehicle near Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complexs' building 9001 on May 4, 2017, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The good-samaritian expended his fire extinguisher, but was unsuccessful in putting out the fire and had to move to a safe distance until the Tinker Fire and Emergency Services fire trucks arrived.
