The flesh is re- markably thick, firm and solid, and of very fine quality with very few seeds. It is an excellent shipper. Does not crack or rot, as is the ease with many of the old sorts. It is known to be the most profitable tomato for the market gardener and trucker, and is unsurpassed for canning purposes.
