AMIE lunar microcamera. This miniature camera, known as AMIE (Asteroid-Moon Micro-Imager Experiment) has been developed to be carried on ESA's (European Space Agency) SMART-1 spacecraft on a mission to observe the Moon's south pole. It has been miniaturised as much as possible to meet the very strict limits on payload mass for spacecraft, and weighs only 450g. Photographed at CSEM (Swiss Centre for Electronic and Microtechnology, Space-X), Neuchatel, Switzerland.
