UNITED KINGDOM, London : Former government chief whip Andrew Mitchell (R), pictured with wife Dr Sharon Bennett (L) appears at the High Court on November 17, 2014 to sue the News Group Newspapers over an article that appeared in the Sun about the 'Plebgate' incident. Andrew Mitchell is himself being sued by PC Toby Rowland in respect of statements he made about the verbal exchange which took place at the gates of Downing Street.
