SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Oct. 31, 2016) - Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Juan Zetino, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, conducts a staff planning course during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the Navy, Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
