AUSTIN, Texas (Mar. 18, 2017) Aviation Electronics Technician Hagen Ward, a native of Graham, Texas and assigned to the USS Constitution, teaches children how to tie knots that are commonly used in the Navy at Austin Thinkery Children’s Museum during Navy Week Austin. Navy Week programs serve as the Navy's principal outreach effort in areas of the country without a significant Navy presence.
