Sydney, Australia. 31 December 2015. A man, believed to be Seal was spotted on the balcony at Erica Packer’s $70million Vaucluse mansion at her New Year’s Eve house party. Seal was engaged in a quite lengthy conversation and the man he was talking to used animated hand gestures.
