Coast Guard recruits in training at Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, , learn about recognizing and reporting signs of sexual harassment and assault within the service’s ranks, June 15, 2022. Coast Guard Lt. Aarica Carrington, the instruction and testing officer for the training center, taught the class and is one of three master training specialists on base who can certify other base personnel to deliver classroom instruction to the recruits in training.
