General Appraisers has reversed the decisionof the Customs officials of the port of Ogdensburg in collecting fifteenper cent, duty upon certain kinds of finished lumber, known as nov-elty siding and beaded lumber, the appraisers holding that these areincluded in the free list. The effect of this decision is said to put alllumber that is planed, tongued, grooved and beaded on the free list.
