Bulkeley has borne a veryclose relation to the company in an advisory ca-pacity for the past quarter of a century, and hisbusiness judgment has proved invaluable in thedirection of its policy. He has been and still isprominently connected with a number of the bank-ing, insurance and other corporations of Hartford,among which are the United States Bank, of whichhe is vice-president and a director, the AmericanNational Hank, of which he is a director, and theKellogg & Bulkeley Co.
