Ronald Wabinga, of Kapa'a, Kauai, a member of the 624th Civil Engineer Squadron, displays a replication of a bullet-hole mark, or pockmark, caused by bomb shrapnel from the Imperial Japanese attack on Oahu Dec. 7, 1941 at the Pacific Air Forces Headquarters, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, April 13, 2017. Wabinga spends his free time making these farewell gifts to help people remember Hawaii and the men and women who gave their lives for their country.
