(May 30, 2017) Steelworker 1st Class Zachary Joyce, Recruit Division Commander and leading petty officer in the USS Pearl Harbor barracks, Recruit Training Command, instructs new recruits on the proper way to place their pillow when making their racks. New recruits housed in a temporary barracks when they arrive where personnel spend time guiding them through Navy procedures.
