John Severino, a maintenance operations center controller, assigned to the 27th Fighter Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia As a result, the 380th AEW’s command post, base defense operations center and maintenance operations center are now co-located in a new single-room, multifunction center capable of sustained 24-hour base air defense operations referred to as, “command and control operations.”
