Cargo is jettisoned from a Air Force C-130J Hercules during a training exercise at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Feb. 23, 2017. Dyess AFB, Texas, is home to the 39th and 40th Airlift Squadrons which maintain quality aircrew and aircraft to mobilize, deploy and provide intratheater aircraft worldwide. They support theater commander's requirements with combat-delivery capability through tactical air land and air drop operations as well as humanitarian efforts and aeromedical evacuation.
