Recruits with Fox Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, swings through an obstacle during Confidence Course I at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, June 4. Recruits were instructed to move with speed and intensity to ensure that the rest of the recruits got to tackle every obstacle. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Fox Company is scheduled to graduate Aug. 10.
