Oxford, England - 24 July 2019; Located in Walton Street, adjoining the Jericho district of Oxford, the Blavatnik School of Government is a new school of public policy founded in 2010 at the University of modernistic, geometric building, shown here, is designed by Herzog & de Meuron of Basel, Switzerland. By way of a complete contrast, the old building in the background is the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter (a part of the old Radcliffe Infirmary) which now houses a University-led development project including landscaping, planting and a public art programme.
