The “Super” Snow Moon of February 19, 2019, rising in the northeast over a snowy prairie field and distant rangeland hills in southern Alberta. This is a blend of four exposures from 1/8 to 1 second, to retain detail and colour on the bright lunar disk while recording the darker foregound. Clouds prevented me from shooting the Moon closer to the horizon. The Moon began to rise above the horizon cloud bank only moments before I took this series. All with the 200mm Canon telephoto and telextender for and Canon 6D MkII at ISO 400. Blending with ADP Pro extension.
