With cockpit canopy open Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet 166790 NJ-135 VFA-122 taxis back to the dispersal after demonstrating at the 2012 Royal International Air Tattoo. Piloted by Boeing test pilot Ricardo Traven the Super Hornet gave an exemplary display. A former Navy Test Pilot of the year Traven has received the coveted King Hussein Memorial Sword for the best overall flight demonstration at RIAT during previous visits.
