The vacant Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa space at 691 Fifth Avenue in New York is seen on Thursday, February 23, 2012. Media reports say that MAC cosmetics has signed a lease for the 1400 square foot space paying the highest retail rent in New York, although the amount is undisclosed.
