One World Trade Center, Lower Manhattan, New York City
One World Trade Center (also known as 1 World Trade Center, or the Freedom Tower) has a height of 1,776 feet (541 m), and was opened in November 2014. It replaced the World Trade Center twin towers that were destroyed in the September 11 2001 terrorist attacks. The original North Tower was also known as 1 building's architect was David Childs.
