Anonymous, 18th century, General: 7 x x (70 x 82 x 68mm), Brass closing weight, consisting of a box with lid and closure, containing nine interlocking weights. The box has a forged lock, hinges and handle. The lid and the inside are engraved with, among other things, the coat of arms of Amsterdam. It is an Amsterdam weight (of 2 pounds), which was 5 percent heavier than the Leiden weight.
