Pasay, Philippines. 23rd Mar, 2015. The girder launcher that slid off the on going NAIA Expressway construction along Andrew's Avenue in Pasay City. At around 3 in the afternoon today along Andew's Avenue near Tramo in Pasay City, a girder launcher, from the on-going construction of the NAIA expressway, collapsed causing damages to passing cars.
