On Thursday, May 31, 2012, representatives from the Virtus Board, the Texas Military Forces, the Texas Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) and other military support organizations joined together to honor Dell with the Patriot and Pro Patria awards. Latin for "for one's country," Dell was selected as the Pro Patria award winner from more than 1,200 Texas employers and is the highest honor the Texas Committee for ESGR can bestow on an employer.
