Thesuggestion is that a gang of these machines could handle the in-gredients that go to make up a compound, one for whiting,another for litharge, still another for sulphur and so on. Themachine takes the material from a bin, weighs it and dumps itin a pan. The pans would pass in front of the machines andreceive the various ingredients in rotation. Of course it wouldonly be practical where single products like tires or shoes aremade on a large scale.
