The British Reoccupation of Hong Kong Japanese civilian internees wait at the dockside for motor transport that will take them to Stanley Camp, Hong Kong. Approximately 3,000 Japanese civilians were moved from Kowloon to Stanley Camp, which had been used during the war by the occupying Japanese as an internment camp for Allied civilians.
