Port Talbot, Wales, UK. 22nd December 2018 A work by world famous street artist, Banksy, has been covered in a plastic, protective covering in the south Wales town of Port Talbot. The art, shows a child being covered in ash from a burning bin and has attracted thousands of visitors since in was confirmed to be the doing of the Bristol based artist, who's work has fetched hundreds-of-thousands-of-pounds at auction.
