Marine Staff Sgt. Clayton Covel, Afghan National Army Advisor, addresses graduates of the Train the Trainer Instructor Course at the Regional Military Training Center, Sept. 29 at Kandahar, Afghanistan. Ten Afghan National Army soldiers completed the Instructor Development Program and are now qualified to teach the Infantry Non-commissioned Officers Battle Course, while 14 more finished the Master Skills Instructors Course.
