Tiffany Owen unveils a plaque renaming the playground in her family's neighborhood in honor of her husband Staff Sgt. Kirk Owen in Supulpa, Okla., July 14. Kirk was a squad leader for the scout platoon with Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 279th Infantry. The playground he often took his two daughters was renamed Owen Park during the ceremony put on by Freedom Park Homeowner's Association.
