Japan Ground Self-Defense Force General Kiyofumi Iwata greets the bands from the Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Army and the Republic of Korea Navy at a reception Nov. 10 before the start of the JSDF Marching Band Festival in Tokyo, Japan. The festival is an opportunity for bands from different countries and cultures to perform together to increase bonds through sharing of music and military culture.
