Fore wing rather siiort broad ; veins 3, 4 stalked from angle of cell; 5 from angle ; 6 from upper angle; 7 and 8 stalked; 9, 10 absent; 11 from cell. Hhid wing with veins 3 and 5 from angle of cell; 4 absent; 6, 7 from upper angle ; 8 fioiu middle of cell. 1. Neonola mesosticta, n. sp. Grey, more or less snfl'tisefl -n-ith white ; head whitish. Fore â¢wing with brownish patch at base of costa, bounded by a short dark antemedial line from costa ; a dark tuft of scales in middle of cell with a line from it to inner margin angled below the cell; a triangular brown v"'?'^";:^,, <^^^^-^^^^^ ^ spot on middle of costa ; ^^Sn^^
