Belfast City Hall
Belfast city hall was constructed 1898-1906 by architect Sir Alfred Brumwell Thomas. The exterior is built mainly from Portland stone and is in the Classical Renaissance style. It has four towers, one at each corner, and a lantern-crowned 173ft brass dome in the centre. The City Hall dominates the Belfast city centre skyline.
