Air Force Tech. Sgt. Daniel Flenniken, 6th Air Refueling Squadron boom operator, refuels a C-17 Globemaster III over the Pacific during Exercise Ultimate Reach July 13, 2017. During the operation, three KC-10s from Travis AFB and Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, refueled five C-17s carrying more than 300 coalition paratroopers. The C-17s went on to conduct a strategic air drop over Australia in support of Exercise Talisman Saber 2017.
