FORSYTHIA, GOLDEN BELL. Early flowering plant presenting a solid mass of yellow fringe shaped blooms before the leaves appear. 2 year choice plants, 55c each; $ per dozen, prepaid. BUDDLEIA, or BUTTERFLY BUSH. Begins blooming in May and throws a profusion of long tapering panicles of lilac colored flowers until frost. Very fragrant. Price 2 year well branched plants, 60c each; $ per dozen, prepaid. CREPE MYRTLE. This plant makes an excellent showing during the long dry Summers. Begins blooming about July 1st to 15th and continues un- til frost—should be in every Southern planting. May be trained into a small tree, allowed to branch from the ground; used as a screen plant- ing or pruned into a hedge. A most lovely screen planting may be developed by planting evergreens of moderate height in front of Crepe Myrtle. The will be pretty the year round and hide the leggic part of the Crepe Myrtle plants. During the long Summer and Fall you have a pretty wall of green brightened by the ever blooming Crepe Mvrtle. We have it in Watermelon Red. Pink, White and Purple. Price nice plants, 2 to 3 feet, 50c each; 3 to 4 feet, 75c each, prepaid.
