Aya Sofya in Istanbul


The "church of holy wisdow" Aya Sofa (Haghia Sophia) in Istanbul. The main structure of this building dates back to the 6th-century and was inaugurated by the Emperor Justinian in 537 AD. In the 15th century the Ottomans converted it into a mosque adding the minarets and many other features.
