The spiritual careof all these people is confided, in the large coastal districtsin which the mission labours, to> 26 coloured clergy,25 lay teachers, and 46 catechists, whilst, exclusiveof places of worship, the buildings erected by, and theproperty of, the mission consist of 22 day schools,19 boarding schools, and 38 Sunday schools, valued at$122,000 (£24,400), and affording instruction to some1,900 day scholars and boarding pupils, and 2,714.
