Selena Pina, a homeless mother of four, signs up for services at Maryhouse in Sacramento, CA. Maryhouse is a daytime hospitality shelter for homeless women and children. Selena lost her job in Dec. 2008 and her home in Feb. 2009. She has been receiving help from the Family Promises Program since March 2009 and is currently enrolled in training programs with the non-profit organization Loaves and Fishes in hopes of getting a job and moving back into her own housing with her children; May 6, 2009
