PACIFIC OCEAN (Dec. 1, 2016) An F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the Black Aces of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 41 lands on USS John C. Stennis' (CVN 74) flight deck during flight operations. The equipment in the foreground is used to secure aircraft to the deck when not in use. John C. Stennis is underway to conduct routine training and participate in National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day events in Hawaii.
