This grand variety has been well and deser- vedly named the "King of Daffodils," being one of the most massive of the Giant Trumpet varieties. The large trumpet is full, rich, yellow, perianth pale yellow with occasional deeper yellow markings. Unhke many floral aristocrats it is of strong, vigorous habit and of the easiest culture, being just as much at home when grown in pots indoors as it is in the open ground.
