I find 'John Baer' Tomato will stand the drought better than other Tomatoes on account of their large foliage, which protects the fine fruit from the hot sun. 'John Baer' is a good cropper. I am ipicking two 'John Baer' to one Chalk's Jewel in spite!of the fact that we have the driest season on recqrd.
