CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait -- Paula LeBov, American Red Cross employee and Camp Arifjan, Kuwait resiliency program manager, guides Soldiers through a relaxation exercise during an early morning yoga class April 3, 2019 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Army Central (Forward) invited LeBov to introduce Soldiers to yoga to build resiliency. Collective physical readiness training is conducted weekly by ARCENT (FWD) to maintain physical readiness and preparedness.
