Pulau Mabul is an island off the east coast of Sabah, Malaysian Borneo, site of several holiday resorts that visitors use for visiting nearby Sipadan island, said to have some of the world's best diving. This image shows one of Mabul's resorts, built on stilts out over the water alongside the beach, imitating the style of building used by the local fishermen.
